Bethany Black, Elaine Robertson, Anthony Williams, and host Rick Molland
Closing the show at March’s comedy night in Bishop Auckland is the brilliant Bethany Black. Beth has performed alongside some of the biggest names in comedy, including Alan Carr, Sarah Millican, Tim Minchin and Rhys Darby, and her debut show ‘Beth Becomes Her’ was nominated for Best Debut at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2008. An accomplished actor too, Beth has starred in several major shows, including playing 474 in Doctor Who in 2015. Opening the show is brilliant local act Elaine Robertson, who was a Regional Finalist for BBC New Comedian of the Year in 2022, who has a surreal eye for observational comedy and keen knack for audience interaction. The middle spot will be filled by excellent Midland act Anthony Williams, and hosting the show is the brilliant Rick Molland, the former resident compere at Monkey Barrel Comedy Club in Edinburgh.
